Members of the Opelika Robotics and Engineering Organization

Opelika High School has been attending B.E.S.T.  Robotics for 2 years. Our first year was very difficult: we faced many challenges which we hopefully learned from. We were devastated when our robot failed to climb the "space elevator; however, we did win third place in the marketing presentation and second in contruction design. This year we strive to win and have been working very hard these past few weeks. We hope to win all sorts of awards this year. This year, we decided to make our team's theme medieval, as we were reminded of castle gates when the game title "Gatekeeper" was revealed.
